Privacy Policy

ApiNxt (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Avenux Techspire. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the data you entrust to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Account information— your name, email address, password hash, and profile photo when you sign up or update your account.
  • Workspace content— collections, requests, environments, history, and other artifacts you create or import into ApiNxt.
  • Technical telemetry— IP address, browser, device type, and product usage events. We use this to keep the service reliable and to debug issues.

2. How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve ApiNxt;
  • authenticate you and protect your account from abuse;
  • respond to support requests;
  • send service notices — account changes, security alerts, billing receipts;
  • understand product usage in aggregate so we can prioritize what to build next.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not read your workspace content for advertising.

3. Sharing & processors

We share data only with service providers that help us operate ApiNxt — cloud hosting, database, analytics, error tracking, payments, and email delivery. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use your data on our instructions.

We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, to protect our rights or those of our users, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Storage & retention

Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings › Danger zone. After deletion we purge backups within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access a copy of your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • delete your account and associated data;
  • port your data to another service;
  • object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@avenuxtechspire.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies & similar technologies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management, and a small set of analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser; doing so will not break core ApiNxt functionality.

7. Children

ApiNxt is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
